looking at it now, im thinking pedals, chainring, seat clamp + grips and maybe nipples when it comes time for a new wheelset

 both are the same width, one is just single speed and one is nine speed, Gusset do good conversion kits for the 9 speed hub, however id go for the single speed if your getting a new wheel and don't want to ever go back to gears. Mines is an ns single speed hub. basicly. either would fit.

 This is the 09 version. and it weighs in at 27.5 (with an avid juicy 3, instead of 3.5) ive switched the brake, cranks, pedals, and rear wheel. Also the tyres on this bike are SUPER light. The front wheel is the stock. generally changing the forks and wheels will probably make the most difference, same with cranks. The slx are really nice and light

 There 26" 2.2's, The front is perfect, but the rear has to sit pretty far back on the dropouts, it doesn't fit with the wheel slammed =[ the 2.0 might fit slammed on the rear but.
